What You've Learned
Over the past three modules, you've mastered:
Module 1: Getting Started

- The difference between styles and manual formatting
Module 2: Paragraphs, Alignment & Spacing

The Report Structure
A good short report follows this structure:
| Element | Style to Use |
|---|---|
| Report title | Heading 1 (centered) |
| Section headings | Heading 2 |
| Body text | Normal (left-aligned) |
| Lists | Bulleted or numbered |
| Data | Tables with headers |
Quality Checklist
Before submitting any report, check:
- ✅ Title uses Heading 1 style (not manual bold)
- ✅ Sections use Heading 2 style
- ✅ Body text is left-aligned with 1.15 line spacing
- ✅ No empty paragraphs — use Space After instead
- ✅ Lists are properly formatted (not manual dashes)
- ✅ Heading hierarchy is valid (H1 → H2, never skip levels)
